Peer Review

Dr Rogers has been involved in leading, coordinating and training teams in peer review for over 10 years. Used in both Higher Education and more recently in schools, peer review can be a powerful tool for improvement. There are different models and approaches, Dr Rogers is an advocate for combining evidence with experience, professional dialogue and sustainability, training senior and middle leaders (and even pupils) in effective peer review.
